Besides being an accomplished artist, Sylvia Megerdichian, who runs the Art Box studio, is a businesswoman and teacher. She teaches from the heart. Because artistic expression has no age limit many of her students’ are seniors—each with a different reason for their art. In this video Sylvia shares the influence of her friend and fellow teacher, internationally known artist Milford Zornes, N.A. Zornes lived to 100 and painted everyday. He died in 2008. Milford Zornes was also well known for his workshops where he taught watercolor technique as well as spreading his inspirational outlook on life, which Sylvia shares.
